EAGC was officially represented at the inauguration ceremony of the new Governor of  Nakuru County- Her Excellency Susan Kihika, as a key partner and stakeholder in the County. EAGC supported by Rockefeller Foundation, in a partnership with the County Government are piloting Smart Market concepts and designs through the construction of the Naivasha Fish Smart Market in Naivasha. Smart Markets in nature promote sustainable and resilient business models while ensuring efficient performance, economic productivity and sustainability of markets. In so doing, they facilitate increased access to safe, affordable and nutritious food.
